“It would be possible for helpers to carry a wheelchair with occupant down and back up the stairs (16 steps to intermediate landing, then a further 9 steps down to the basement level). However, City Council Fire Regulations state that for this to be permissible, wheelchair users will have to be accompanied by able assistants who will remain with them at all times, and be prepared to carry the chair plus occupant down and back up the stairs in case of emergency evacuation.”

But you can bring ‘young adults’ in to the Saturday afternoon Jazz trio gigs, 3-5.30pm, or the Tues-Sun ‘Teatime Acoustic’ sessions, up to 8pm.” Public Liability covered by the venue Up to £1m public liability cover
